Story 23/366
If Thomas Pluck weren’t an excellent writer, he would make an excellent superhero, swooping out of the dark night to protect the innocent and punish the wicked. His stories are fierce and often angry and always intelligent. This story appeared in Powder Burn Flash late last year and just seared a hole in the Internet. At first, it’s just a coupla rednecks coming into a bar…and it’s not the beginning of a joke, although a joke is told. You can read more of Pluck’s fiction here.
See you tomorrow.
He certainly burst onto the scene like a Superhero.
Super hereo??? What like “BURGERMAN”
I had never heard of Pluck before I played catch-up today on everyone’s posts, now I’m on my third of his stories. So far they have all been awesome. Good rec!
